The FXLH42245 is a configurable dual voltage supply converter for bidirectional voltage translation between two voltage levels. The device enables voltage translation between as high as 3.6V and as low as 1.1V. The A port tracks the VCCA level and the B port tracks the VCCB level. Both ports accept supply voltage levels from 1.1V to 3.6V. Bidirectional voltage translation between multiple voltage levels: 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V. The device will remain 3-stated until both VCCs reach active levels, allowing either VCC to power up first. The device also includes power-down control circuitry that places the device in 3-state if either VCC is removed. The transmit/receive (T/R) input determines the direction of data flow through the device. When the OE input is high, it places both the A and B ports in 3-state, thereby disabling both. The FXLH42245 is designed with control pins (T/R and OE) provided by VCCA.

The VHC02 is an advanced high speed CMOS 2-input NOR gate fabricated on a silicon gate CMOS process. It achieves high-speed operation similar to an equivalent bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the low power consumption of CMOS. This internal circuit consists of three stages, including buffered outputs that provide high noise immunity and stable output. An input protection circuit ensures that 0V to 7V is applied to the input pins regardless of the supply voltage. The device can be used as an interface between 5V and 3V systems as well as two power systems such as battery backup. This circuit prevents damage to the device due to mismatched supply and input voltages.
